At Rosybling, we ensure quality checks before shipping our artificial jewellery. However, if you face any issue with your order, please read the policy below carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are accepted only if all conditions below are met:

• A clear, unedited product opening video must be provided

• The video must be shared within 3 days of product delivery

• The product must be:

  • Unused

  • Undamaged

  • In original condition and packaging

Without an opening video, no return or refund request will be accepted

2. Product Opening Video Guidelines

The video must:

• Show the sealed package clearly before opening

• Show the product clearly after opening

• Be continuous (no cuts, edits, or pauses)

This helps us verify damage, defects, or wrong products.

3. Return Shipping Charges

• A ₹60 return courier charge will be deducted from the refund amount

• Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

• Return courier charge applies to all approved returns

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Requests made after 3 days of delivery

• Products without an opening video

• Used, worn, or damaged jewellery

• Damage caused due to customer mishandling

• Sale or discounted products (if applicable)

5. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• Share the opening video within 3 days

• Contact us immediately with your order details

We will review the case and provide a suitable resolution.

6. Product Inspection & Refund Approval (NEW)

• Once the returned product is received by us, our team will inspect the product

• Refunds will be processed only after successful inspection and approval

• If the product is found used, damaged, or not in original condition, the refund may be rejected

Refunds are not instant and are subject to product verification

7. Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

• The refund amount (after ₹60 return charge deduction) will be credited to the customer’s original payment method
